Facilities and Equipment

The main dental facility, completed in November 1990, houses thirteen operatories, a laboratory, panorex room, ceph room, dark room, dispensing room, sterilization room and administrative area.  Each operatory contains its own x-ray unit and central nitrous oxide hookup.  There is a contemporary dental facility inside the main hospital, which services inpatients, outpatients, and Nursing Home residents.  In addition, two fully computerized satellite facilities provide unique clinical experiences.  One site has 6 operatories and a fully functioning dental lab.  The newest site, Union Community Health Center, houses 13 operatories, which includes a 2-chair and 3- chair ortho suite.  There are 6 dental lasers throughout the sites.
